Ok really folks!? I'm ready to throw my hands in the air and just say SCREW IT! My septic tank has given me absolute FITS! This goes on week number 2 where we have been fighting and fighting and I'm just tired! Lets start with coming home from the hospital. We're not even going to focus on my little girl at the moment who thankfully despite the setbacks is doing well.

So my parents paid for us to get new floors in the house. We started doing that and in the process, the septic tank backed up into the house. So we dug up the septic and it was full. We call the guy, get it pumped which is $200 3 weeks ago, and my hubby finds out that the roots have gotten into the pipes leading to the leach bed and our septic is not draining at all. So we do what we can and think we've fixed the problem. In the meantime, my house is in absolute disarray because we're ripping out almost all the carpet and replacing it with hard wood. So we THOUGHT we'd fixed the septic. WRONG! It's backed up. Turns out the roots have completely blocked off the pipe leading to the leach bed. So now we get to pay for them to come out here, pump the tank AGAIN!!!! then dig a new pipe to the leach bed. Good times! NOT!

All the while...I'm ready to just pull my hair out! Really! My little girl is still in the hospital, and now has MRSA. It is the antibiotic resistant Staph. She is doing really good though and is not symptomatic. We are just praying that she remains that way and is able to come home shortly just as if she didn't have it. Lots of prayers are appreciated. Only time will tell. Oh, and if it rains, it poors. I've had an ultra-sound done today to see if I have gallstones. Lot's of prayers. Lots and lots of prayers.
